The previous section presented the Vision elements and goals. This section deals with the "tools" Naval Aviation will use to

make the Vision a reality and achieve its goals - the programs that will put aircraft in the air, ordnance on target, and forces on

station.   These are the means by which Naval Aviation, and by extension the Navy Marine Corps team, are able to meet the

challenges and objectives articulated by the National Military Strategy and our national leaders.
