Notes:
The process used, was to first generate control station concepts. Then, in order to be able to define requirements, generate ground rules and assumptions. In reality, as we brainstormed requirements, we went back and added and changed the ground rules and assumptions. So, step two and three became a loop. Once we had a list of requirements, a survey form was generated and sent to companies that were thought to be able to provide a control station. We asked them to conduct an evaluation of their product as is exists today in relation to the requirements presented in the questionnaire, and provide pricing information. They were also encouraged to send any other technical, marketing or related data they wished. We then want to evaluate the responses and provide the data in the final report.
