• 0252 - CVN OOD orders all ahead flank; CG XO orders emergency back full & hard right rudder (but does not assume conn)

• 0253 - CG & CVN sound collision alarms, CVN OOD calls CO to the bridge; ships collide!

• 0254 - CVN CO arrives on the bridge

$ 9.5 million in damage to both ships
