Analysis of Alternatives Background
Purpose of AoA: To identify which alternatives were clearly unacceptable and which had the potential to meet operational requirements for further evaluation in the next program phase
AoA was conducted by a Joint Service Integrated Product Team consisting of representatives from the operational, technical, and cost communities
