Initial improvements of the five technologies were qualitatively assessed to determine their impact or contribution to meeting FWV goals. Further in-depth studies were conducted and will presented later in this briefing. Green dots represent improvements, and red dots represent degradations. although some technologies may appear to have a negative impact on meeting FWV goals, the initial opinion is that they have an overall positive influence that will outweigh any decrements.
