Notes:
Baseline perturbations were conducted to evaluate individual technologies. Each of the five technologies was evaluated against the reference vehicle for a fixed set of performance parameters to determine sizing impact and resulting cost-effectiveness trade-offs. During this process, vehicles were resized to keep constant mission radius (generic SEAD mission used). Payload and propulsion system were held constant. The technologies were combined as a set to examine and assess synergistic effects that may accrue. Products of the technology excursions were quantified. Products of the technology assessment were quantified using the FWV goal criteria and referenced back to the 1995 state-of-the-art (SOA) baseline.
