Intermediate Phase
Description:
- 4 months integrating the BG (MEF deployers have
similar curriculum)
- Warfare Commanders agendas
- 1 month U/W with the BG (COMPTUEX/FLEETEX)
Objectives:
- Air wing and CVN are Blue Water certified
- BG weapon firings are conducted
- Sustained operations at-sea are demonstrated
- BG doctrine is established
Notes: Shift to BG ops is fast. Missilex is long lead scheduling item. Milestones will occur in Basic phase. Get U/W for as much of BG ops as you can.
