EDO Organizational Relationships

• EDO reports to the Engineer Officer if on board.

• In the absence of the Engineer, the EDO reports to the CDO.

• Confusion may occur when the EDO, who normally reports to the CDO on weekends and evenings, makes reports to the Engineer.
