• HF radios are one of the biggest HERP problems

• How is system testing being done?

• How are procedures laid out for patching and testing communications?

  • Is there a Communications SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)?
  • Is it being used?

Comm checks must be done early, methodically with a plan, and from the actual stations that will be used.
