TRAINING

• Training teams in place and qualified in training vice evaluation mode.

• Training opportunity using joint plan developed by ship/ISIC/ATG

• Watchstander quals complete but proficiency may be weak

• 4 weeks, 3 u/w, nominally 1 week for engineering.

TSTA I; Training Teams are established but are not evaluating drills they are actively involved with the watchstanders in their training. ATG personnel will be working directly with the training teams as well as in some cases with the watchstanders.
