“Train the Trainers” is the central theme of
the TTS. During the Basic Phase, primary
emphasis is training the training teams to
enable a command to achieve and maintain
unit proficiency. The training team must be
able to adapt and provide leadership
necessary to prepare and train the unit for
varying circumstances and challenges.
