(2) PLANNING, ENGINEERING, AND CONTROL OF THE CORPS COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM. (3) TWO SYSTEMS CONTROL FACILITIES FOR MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL CONTROL, AND PLANNING THE MSE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM. (4) TWENTY-TWO NODE CENTERS AND FOUR LARGE EXTENSION SWITCHES (LES) FOR AREA COMMUNICATIONS COVERAGE OF THE CORPS. (5) ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR SMALL EXTENSION SWITCHES (SES) TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE MSE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR CORPS WIRE SUBSCRIBERS. (6) FORTY-SEVEN RADIO ACCESS UNITS (RAU) TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE MSE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR MOBILE SUBSCRIBER RADIO TERMINAL (MSRT) SUBSCRIBERS. (7) TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE LINE-OF-SIGHT (LOS) RADIOS FOR INTERCONNECTION OF NODE CENTERS AND SMALL EXTENSION SWITCHES. (8) FOUR LOS RADIOS AND FOUR WIRE NATO INTERFACE UNITS FOR MSE SYSTEM ACCESS TO ALLIED UNITS, WITH THE APPLICATION OF THE TACTICAL SATELLITE INCREMENTAL CHANGE PACKAGE (ICP). (9) SIX TACTICAL SATELLITE MULTICHANNEL TERMINALS FOR LONG-HAUL COMMUNICATIONS TO SUBORDINATE ELEMENTS, WITH APPLICATION OF THE ICP. B.
