(4) LOCATION OF TARGETS BY MEANS OF VISUAL OBSERVATION AND MORTAR LOCATING RADARS. (5) METEOROLOGICAL DATA TO: (A) ATTACHED UNITS. (B) DIVISIONAL UNITS FOR FALLOUT PREDICTION. (C) U.S. AIR FORCE AIR WEATHER SERVICE. B.
