TOE PARA MOS NUMBER RATIONALE 01436A000 06 54B2O -4 AR 570-2 allows one NBC NCO per company, except the HHC, or a total of five. The small size and tactical disposition of the four flight companies does not support a need for one position per company. One position is documented in the HHC (para 06) to serve all four flight companies. 01439A100 02 67T3F -7 Full MARC allowances are considered excessive due to a probable error in the current MARC. c. Detailed rationale for doctrinal personnel requirements are in the accompanying TOE Analysis--Narrative Discussion. d. The net officer/NCO force impact of this TOE is 0 for officers and plus of 2 for NCOs in the base. A detailed MOS summary is attached in the accompanying TOE Analysis--Narrative Discussion. e. The risk resulting from decrements is negligible. 5. EQUIPMENT. a. Equipment reflected in these TOE represents minimum essential wartime requirements with normal modernization from the base to the objective TOE. b. The following items of modernization equipment are included in the BTOE: BTOE LIN NOMENCLATURE AUTHORITY H008AA K32293 Helicopter, UH-60A ARI, 3 Feb 93 c.
