(2) AIRLIFT FOR AIR ASSAULT OPERATIONS. (3) AIR MOVEMENT OF TROOPS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE COMBAT ZONE. (4) RECONNAISSANCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND SCREENING OPERATIONS FOR THE DIVISION. (5) FORCES FOR GUARD AND COVER OPERATIONS WHEN TASK ORGANIZED WITH ADDITIONAL COMBAT AND COMBAT SUPPORT ELEMENTS. (6) ELECTRONIC COUNTERMEASURES (ECM) AIRCRAFT AND PERSONNEL FOR CONDUCT OF COMBAT ELECTRONIC WARFARE AND INTELLIGENCE (CEWI) MISSIONS, UNDER THE OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BATTALION (CEWI), TOE 34265L000. (7) AIRCRAFT TO SUPPORT AND FACILITATE COMMAND AND CONTROL OF DIVISION OPERATIONS; TO CONDUCT FIELD ARTILLERY AIR OBSERVER (FAAO) MISSIONS; AND TO PERFORM AIR MESSENGER SERVICE, RADIO RELAY OPERATIONS, AND AERIAL RADIOLOGICAL SURVEYS. (8) AIRCRAFT FOR AUGMENTATIVE OR BACKUP AEROMEDICAL EVACUATION. (9) CONTINUOUS (DAY AND NIGHT) OPERATIONS DURING VISUAL WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LIMITED OPERATIONS UNDER INSTRUMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE COLUMNS UNDER LEVELS 2 AND 3 ADAPT THIS TABLE FOR REDUCED OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES IN DECREMENTS OF 10 PERCENT, FROM APPROXIMATELY 90 PERCENT FOR LEVEL 2 TO APPROXIMATELY 80 PERCENT FOR LEVEL 3.
